These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MagicHop traveler portal, websites, and related services.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Service Description
MagicHop is an invite-based travel companion experience where travelers can access itineraries, trip notes, documents, and updates shared by their travel agent and approved collaborators.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the service or interfere with operations.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
4. Content and Ownership
You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant us the permissions needed to host and process it for service operation. Trip content may be provided by your travel agent and may be shared with authorized trip participants.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We strive for availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Third-Party Services
The service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, authentication, mapping, or notifications). Their terms may also apply where relevant.
7. Disclaimers
MagicHop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagicHop and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and systems.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where MagicHop operates, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
11. Apple Terms
If you access MagicHop on iOS, Apple is not responsible for the service, maintenance, or support. Your use must comply with Apple platform rules and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
